Tube rides: double, triple or spiral: what the day looks like

Inflatable tubes, pulled across Naama Bay behind a speedboat. You choose the tube: a double or a triple to share, or the spiral, the halazona, which spins as it goes. Each ride is about ten minutes.

Life jackets are included, and so is instruction before you set off.

Four tickets. Double tube ($25) is one ride on a two-person tube. Triple tube ($25) is one ride on a three-person tube. Spiral tube (halazona) ($30) is one ride on the spinning spiral. Extra rider ($9) is for another person joining a ride that's already booked.

There's no hotel pickup. Rides start at the water sports centre at Jaz Fayrouz Resort, in Naama Bay, at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00, every day, and the slot is 1 hour.

Which tube? The double and the triple are about sharing the ride. The spiral is the one that spins.

More towables on daynight: the ringo tube ride also crosses Naama Bay, and the bumper tube ride at Sharm El Maya takes up to three over in Sharm El Maya. For a longer seat, the banana boat ride at Jaz Fayrouz starts from the same centre.
