daynight is a trading brand. The company behind it, its sole owner, publisher and developer, is Folman Application LLC.

1. ownership

Folman Application LLC (شركة فولمان ابليكاشن) is the sole and complete owner of daynight. “daynight” is a trading brand and product name of Folman Application LLC. It is not a separately registered company.

Folman Application LLC owns 100% of the daynight platform. That includes the daynight brand and trademarks, the apps for iOS and Android, this website, the booking platform and its APIs, and all the source code, content and data that go with them.

2. developer and publisher

Folman Application LLC is also the developer and publisher of daynight. The platform is built in-house and published under the company's own developer accounts. No other entity holds any ownership interest in daynight, or any publishing rights over it.

The company is a Limited Liability Company (Egypt, Investment Law 72/2017). Its registered activity is ISIC 6209: computer programming and information technology services.

5. mobile apps

The daynight apps for iOS and Android are published by Folman Application LLC. The company is the legal entity responsible for the apps, for the content distributed through them and for the services sold in them. Store listings, developer accounts and the agreements that go with them are held in the name of Folman Application LLC.

6. payments and the name on your statement

Payments made through daynight are collected by Folman Application LLC. The registered company name is not the daynight brand, so Folman Application LLC, or a short form of it, may be the name on your card or bank statement instead of “daynight”. If you don't recognise a charge, contact us before you dispute it and we'll find the booking for you.
