daynight is a trading brand. The company behind it — its sole owner, publisher and developer — is Folman Application LLC.

1. Ownership

Folman Application LLC (Arabic: شركة فولمان ابليكاشن) is the sole and complete owner of daynight. “daynight” is a trading brand and product name of Folman Application LLC; it is not a separately registered company.

Folman Application LLC owns 100% of the daynight platform, including the daynight brand and trademarks, the mobile applications for iOS and Android, this website, the booking platform and its APIs, and all associated source code, content and data.

2. Developer & publisher

Folman Application LLC is also the developer and publisher of daynight. The platform is developed in-house and published under the company’s own developer accounts. No other entity holds any ownership interest in, or publishing rights over, daynight.

The company is a Limited Liability Company (Egypt, Investment Law 72/2017), whose registered activity is ISIC 6209 — computer programming and information technology services.

5. Mobile applications

The daynight iOS and Android applications are published by Folman Application LLC. The company is the legal entity responsible for the applications, for the content distributed through them and for the services sold within them. Store listings, developer accounts and associated agreements are held in the name of Folman Application LLC.

6. Payments & billing name

Payments made through daynight are collected by Folman Application LLC. Because the registered company name differs from the daynight brand, Folman Application LLC — or an abbreviation of it — may be the name that appears on your card or bank statement rather than “daynight”. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will identify the booking for you.
