Pirate boat trip & snorkelling: what the day looks like
This one is about the boat. It's a galleon done up as a pirate ship, and you spend the day on deck while the crew sails it.
Hotel pickup is included; set the pin on your hotel when you book the galleon. It leaves at 09:00, every day, and it's back around 16:00, so about 7 hours in all.
Along the way the galleon stops so you can swim and snorkel. The ticket covers two snorkel stops, and soft drinks, tea and coffee are included on board.
There's one ticket, Standard ($79). It covers the sail with the crew and the stops, so there's nothing to compare: pick a day and go.
How is it different from the Ras Mohammed boat trip? That one is a day boat with a guide, heading into the national park, with guided snorkelling and an intro-dive option. The pirate boat is about the sailing as much as the sea. If you'd rather have the whole boat to yourselves for an hour, the private speedboat does that.
